Taking a stroll along the lake edge and seeing the three sthupas in the distance was a divine experience. The owner of the hotel welcomed me with a drink and even provided evening tea, which was a lovely gesture. The staff, especially Mr. Subasinghe, were warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed the early morning peacock dance, a delightful bonus. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the need for small room improvements and limited outlets, I found my overall experience to be great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful and serene getaway.
